Book Review for Stolen Kisses, Starlit Caresses: A Journey:

Subterranean Blue Poetry

Volume I Issue V

We stop to water the suffering dog.

There by the sandy roadside, alone

In this inferno, stands a perfect flower,

Lavender petals, almost translucent,

Gleam against the brown and gray

Of sand, endless sand, far as the eye

Can see. Was some pioneer woman

Transported, as I am transported,

Out of this endless desert to a real,

Though invisible, paradise – to a real,

Though invisible, oasis – to a real,

Visible ending. Something ends here,

Not our journey, something invisible,

Something real,
